     Newspaper and Magazine Systems

  • The print systems support the purchase of newspaper and magazine space, including the planning,
    maintenance, authorizing, ordering, and cost reporting functions.
  • Up to 250 publications and 1,500 insertions are supported in each file, with an unlimited number of files.
  • All orders for a selected time frame may be generated with the click of a button.
  • Orders and reports may be printed or sent to PDF files and distributed as email attachments.
  • If printed, the orders are formatted to fit in standard # 10 window envelopes.  No labels needed.
  • Monthly Budget Summary by publication and by brand or ad, or brand and ad.
  • Newspaper system supports space or insert plans.

    1. Publications Page - Enter the publication to be used.

       Select a newspaper from the list box to see selected activity.
