Invoice Matching + Rotation Checking System

    • Rotation Start and Stop Times (+/- the number of minutes specified by the buyer)
    • Days of the week (e.g. Mo-Fr, We-Fr, Sa-Su)
    • Gross Cost
    • Commercial Number or Tag Line
  • New !  Ordered rotations and invoice items may be imported with a few mouse clicks.
  • Checks Horizontal, Vertical and Commercial rotations.
  • Not-matched units are identified and may be printed or emailed for resolution with the station.
  • Visual chart display of actual spot rotations by daypart by 1 hour, 1/2 Hour or 15 min. breaks.
  • Supports and enhances your stewardship of client's financial resources.
  • Great for distributed workgroups.  Work can be done in several locations and "e-mailed in".

 Exposure Analysis - A Powerful Media Planning Tool

  • Exposure Analysis is a planning utility that estimates reach, average frequesny and the frequency distribution for any media schedule, based on GRPs, average rating, the media's cume potential and other factors.
  • The system will combine frequency distributions from several media to show the combined impact of all media
    on the target audience.
  • With the Exposure Analysis system, you can plan and buy media at an effective frequency level, as defined by you and your client.
